RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Kyara Fashion, we strive to deliver the best in quality and value with our handcrafted sarees. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging, with tags and zari work intact and unworn. Used sarees, or sarees damaged by the customer, will not be eligible for a refund.
To request a return, please email our support team at kyarafashionofficial@gmail.com with a detailed reason for the return and pictures or a video of the saree that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the address of our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat, where you can mail the saree you would like to return.
To ensure your refund, please use a trackable mail service, as we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
Upon receipt of your package, your sarees will be examined, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, in compliance with Indian consumer protection regulations. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
We issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved, meaning the money leaves our account promptly. If you haven’t received your refund, please take the following steps:
1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. In India, some payment processors may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat. Delivery times within India typically range from 5-10 business days, depending on your location. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at kyarafashionofficial@gmail.com.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available, typically within 2-5 business days after your order is placed.
I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, email us at kyarafashionofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may be able to correct it if the order has not yet entered the shipping process. However, we cannot guarantee changes, as our orders are usually processed immediately and shipped out the same day or within a few days. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the address, and we are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by you.
CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped due to our streamlined processing system. If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, please contact us immediately at kyarafashionofficial@gmail.com. If approved, a 15% cancellation fee will be assessed to cover restocking fees and charges imposed by payment processors.
Invalid Reasons for Cancellation:
- Buyer no longer wants the items: As a buyer, you should ensure you want to purchase the sarees before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, you enter into a legally binding contract with Kyara Fashion to purchase all items in that order.
- Buyer found items cheaper elsewhere: You should be confident in the listed prices before placing an order. After submission, you are bound by the contract to purchase the items at the agreed price.
Note: Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your mobile monitor settings.
