Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major Indian holidays, such as Diwali, Holi, or Republic Day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at the address provided during checkout or by phone at the number provided.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order of sarees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery location within India. Below are our standard shipping options:

Shipment Method: Standard Shipping (India Post or equivalent)
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
Shipment Cost: ₹100 - ₹300 (based on order weight and location)

Destination: India
Shipment Method: Express Shipping (Delhivery, Blue Dart, or equivalent)
Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days
Shipment Cost: ₹200 - ₹500 (based on order weight and location)

Free shipping may be available on orders above ₹2000 as indicated at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, logistics partner issues, or high demand periods.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order using the provided link or by contacting our support team at kyarafashionofficial@gmail.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As Kyara Fashion ships within India, no customs duties or import taxes apply to domestic orders. All applicable taxes, such as GST, are included in the product prices or shipping charges displayed at checkout.

Damages
Kyara Fashion is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (e.g., India Post, Delhivery, or Blue Dart) to file a claim. You may also reach out to our support team at kyarafashionofficial@gmail.com for assistance. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
We strive to deliver the best in quality and value with our handcrafted sarees. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns and issue a full refund, subject to our Refund Policy. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging, with tags and embroidery intact and unworn. To request a return, email kyarafashionofficial@gmail.com with a detailed reason for the return and pictures or a video of the saree that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the address of our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat, where you can mail the saree you would like to return. To ensure your refund, please use a trackable mail service, as we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Upon receipt of your package, your sarees will be examined, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
